A few weeks ago, I called for folks to stop pretending that the Tea Party was made up of folks that it obviously isn’t. While it’d be nice, and effective for that group’s agenda, to suggest that their supporters are a good cross-section of the American public, they just aren’t, and while I believe [...] [...] I’m reviewing Gallup’s free-form responses of “why” people would advise their representatives to vote for or against HR3590, the health care reform law that was passed some weeks ago (the poll was taken March 4-7, 2010, just before the final House vote). They were walking together, and since turtles are not known for hurrying across busy streets, needless to say a tractor-trailer ran over and crushed it.
